Appealing good is a bonus , taste good is an advantage. Thank god, these 2 in 1 critical conditions are comply in this bowl of mee pok chili dry. I love the way it is. Tad - dry ( not watery type ) and of course! the condiments are the key elements for this bowl of masterpiece. I love the spiciness which makes me sweat like just completed my 42.195km marathon run. IMHO, I just love how the sweetness and spiciness combined mixture outcome like this blanket up the whole bowl of mee pok and cover every string on it. In this area, can find such a stall is consider a blessing I guess?

technically, PATERAS CAFE is a non - existed cafe (yet!) but i hope one day if i really have this opportunity to open one and i will use this name as my cafe brand. what's PATERAS? which means "FATHER" in greek.
