before i move to Yishun, i was a Toa Payoh permanent residence for about 23 years and this is one of the food i must report at least two or three times a week. the noodles is so al-dente and you will enjoy that crunching moment while having this bowl of awesome WTM. the condiments is so tasty with the well mixture of sweet and tangy distinctive flavour home - made sauce which unable to copy and paste this recipe. the char siew is fresh with a chewy texture and the colour look so reddish and bright! wantons fillings are kinda simple, mince pork with sole fish powder (made by dried flat fish could be purchase at wet market grocery stores or major supermarket such as Sheng Siong.) at the price of $3.30 for big bowl and $2.80 for normal size version.
