actually i believe most people out there had already tried before THE SOUP SPOON. why do i still post? because its located at hospital instead of shopping mall or shopping area. its a big hooha to me okay?!? Ha! just in case. uh huh! choy! i know, okay! Ha! you are located at KTPH but wandering if there's any cafe around to chill at during waiting time. SURPRISE! here it is! the ambience is so peaceful and chillax.

downstairs is food court style but the whole building under NTUC management so the food is able to bring vice versa (up or down to enjoy!)
