crystal jade, xiao long bao live by its name. always awesome and memorising.

needless to say, the har gao is my ultimate favourite. big , juicy and the glass prawns fillings are so well seasoned and firm.

the signature colour of crystal jade xiao long bao. the inner fillings comes with freshly - made pork fillings and while steaming , internally will create a piping hot juice and you have to get your lips burnt to get the kick from this small yet powerful dim sum.

this stir - fried claypot brinjal is a must to order to fit the bill if you are a rice person.

one of the signature is this " Dong Po Rou " all i can say is, it will melt in your mouth, not in your hands. and i'm serious though, melts in your mouth. 

this three in one meat dish consist of duck and 2 version of char siew. seriously don't get my full attention though. not a highlighted dish to me but still edible.
